Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inner-Intelligence website at inner-intelligence.org (the "Site") and the services offered through it. By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we offer
Inner-Intelligence provides wellbeing services designed to train your capacity to understand your own mind and body ("inner-intelligence"), including:
- 1:1 Mentorship: individual 60-minute online mentorship sessions, sold as a single session or as packs of 5 or 10 sessions. Pack sessions never expire.
- Challenges: short, personally coached experiences purchased one-time, such as the 7-day Reverse Running Challenge.
- Legacy memberships: Daily Practice and Coaching Membership subscriptions purchased before 22 July 2026 continue under the terms in force at purchase.
2. Pricing and payment
Current prices are shown on the Site and are stated in euros (EUR). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
3. Purchases, renewals, and cancellation
Sessions, packs, and challenges are one-time purchases and do not renew. Legacy memberships purchased before 22 July 2026 are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically; you can cancel a legacy membership at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, keeping access until then. 4. Sessions, scheduling, and rescheduling
Coaching sessions are held online at a time agreed between you and your coach. You may reschedule a booked session free of charge up to 24 hours before its start time. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as delivered.
5. Not medical advice
Our activities, tools, and coaching support general wellbeing. They are not medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or advice, and they do not replace care from a qualified professional. Breathwork can be intense; if you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric condition, consult a physician before participating. Stop any practice that feels wrong for your body.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking or subscribing, to use the Site and services for personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to misuse, copy, or resell our content or tools.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, practices, and tools, belongs to Inner-Intelligence and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the content while your purchase or session engagement is active.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner-Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on the Site, with the date of the latest update shown above. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
